So looking for advice aslong as I eat my 1400 cals a day does it matter what I spend it on. For example I be having 4/5 bits of bread a day as having toasties for lunch then toast with poach egg and bacon for evening meal after gym for easyness. Hoping it's OK as it's still within my daily cal intake thankyou

Feeling a failure
So planning first full week calorie counting after failed half attempts over last few days. I just feel so hungry today any tips. Hsbing 1200 cal a day and plan gym 3/4 days a week needing 18/20 lb off by end June.

Fitbit drama
I have the charge 2 hr set up on mfp it's seems to record my steps and calories I earned from them but I did a 5 minute eork out as a tester burning 47 calories and not automatically tracked them do I needt to imputation myself

Help needed
My fitbit charge is not tracking my excerise calories to mfp I have set it up then revoked and set it up again but still not working. I did I 4 minute excerise as tester and burnt 17 calories but didn't transfer over to mfp why is this also confused
