I could never give up
I could never give up the tasty delicious junk foods and chocolates/sweets and the occasional fast food. I would not have the strength and devotion to go on a strict diet. I still watch my calorie intake drink lots of water and exercise. But who agrees with me??

To all the moms out there who successfully lost all of their baby weight and got back that flat stomach, how did you do it? Were you just lucky or did you have to be strict about how much you eat, what you eat, and how much you exercise. Im tired of seeing the flabby belly. Help!!

Monthly visit from aunt flow
Ok ladies serious question. I have been losing weight 5 pounds in the past 2 to 3 weeks, but now my menstrual cycle has kicked in and I've gained a couple of the pounds back. Has this happened to you.??? Is it normal??? I don't want to gain the weight back unless it's in a normal way.

meal vs meals
How many of you just eat one big meal a day. I am one of them who do. It's not supposed to be good for your body however.......I'm afraid to do 3 small meals a day for the risk of eating to much or gaining weight. Which way should I turn too? Any advice?

What is the cardio exercises you do most.? Are they successful? I personally ride on a bike machine. And plan on doing lots of walking when summer roles around.

Help!!!! calorie and deficit confusion??
Ok say I have a 1200 calorie diet and end up eating 1300 calories. Does that mean I have to burn 100 calories to bring it back to 1200 or is the process different? What exactly is deficit and how does it come into play

My calorie goal is 1200 calories a day. My question is am I supposed to go no more than that or no less than that? I'm a little confused about that.
