Mainly calories. I will work on my fitness when I get rid of this flubber on me haha.

I mainly do 90 minutes of stationary bike. Go for a walk or jog if the weather ain't bad. I throw in some aerobics like jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers ect. All together it's about 2 hours a day.

No no. I don't do any strength training at all. Just cardio and take Wednesday and Saturday off every week.

Why on earth would I want to know if someone is on drugs. I could care less. I am asking about weight loss suppliments. And things like stomach wrap, vibrating machines, twisting boards, freezing, surgery and so on. Not what kind of wacky drugs someone uses.

I've heard of tape worms but I didn't know doctors are the ones who were behind it. That's insane and extremely dangerous.

I was simply asking if it's ever worked for other people. I personally don't think it works but everyone is different. I haven't tried other stuff but other people have.

Not around them all the time but I know they don't exercise at all and eat almost constantly.

A little bit of both. My hips are wider but they have fat on them to. I hate the way it looks. I don't really care about the wider hips part. It's the fat that's on them which drives me crazy

You are welcome!! I saw somewhere frequent small meals build up energy and makes it easier to lose weight. I'm just thinking how about one big meal. It feels you up and you get enough food.

I basically mean has anyone ever wanted to quit working out and do the alternative to losing weight. Don't get me wrong surgery is sometimes the best way to go but I'm mainly talking about people who don't want to keep going the "no pain no gain" way.

You are right. I just don't like the thought at all of gaining wait. I still love food very much and I eat it's just something I don't want to chance. I have gotten really interested in is if you eat frequent small meals the more weight you lose by staying active. Want to try it but I want to hear that it actually works.

Girl if you aren't losing weight or slimming down by doing all of that then something might actually be wrong with you internally. I would talk to a doc about it. I'm sure they can tell you what's wrong or what to do.

So from my info that you looked up I simply eat less then 1700 calories to lose weight. If I want to lose weight in a certain length of time it shows the amount of calories (1200) i should stay around to meet that goal. With or without exercise. Am I right?

I'm honestly not sure how accurate it is but it's an indoor bike machine and it's states on the screen how far I went how many calories I burn and so on. I set it for 1000 calories and I ride on it for an hour or two

I am 25 5 foot 2 inches starting weight was 150 . My job is homemaker.and since I don't understand the whole deficit thing I set to lose at least 1000 calories a day by exercising.

Ok one more question if my calorie diet is 1200 and I only eat 1100 does that mean I don't have to do any exercising to burn calories?

So you mean if you eat lower calories exercise or not you will lose weight?
