To all the moms out there who successfully lost all of their baby weight and got back that flat stomach, how did you do it?
Were you just lucky or did you have to be strict about how much you eat, what you eat, and how much you exercise. Im tired of seeing the flabby belly. Help!!

A combination of breastfeeding, running and not overeating for me.1

I lost all my baby weight relatively easy, besides those last ten pounds. Those were a b**** to lose. It took a lot of lifting and watching what I ate.1

I started exercising as soon as I could, breastfed and ate a lot less. It wasn't that hard because I was so busy and was constantly moving (on top of the exercise) just carrying the baby around, bouncing up and down to get him/her (I've had 3) not to cry!!! I also was too stressed/happy/busy to eat much in the beginning. I feel for you--I know how I felt when I first got home from the hospital and saw myself in the mirror and still had so much to lose. But it came off faster than I thought.
The flat stomach thing, though--geez, never got back to that. 3 c-sections and I have this lovely little pouch of stretched out skin.1 -
I started going to a gym when baby no 3 was 5 months old, I was still nursing, so these two things combined let me eat a lot of food and still lose weight. I understand not everyone can make it to the gym though and even now I can't either, so I take my now 2 yr old on lots of walks, go to the park and follow some work out videos on youtube...he loves to get involved in those.1

Ok, I was always between 20-50 lbs overweight BEFORE my 3 pregnancies and I then gained 26, 28, and 15 lbs with each one.
It was extremely easy to lose. I honestly didn't do anything. It took maybe 5-6 months. I had healthy pregnancies and didn't gain any unnecessary weight though. I understand that lots of women gain more due to other factors.
It's always been my "real" fat that's hard for me to lose!1
