Why is this SOOOO much harder this time?
When I was 24 (15 years ago!) I lost about 50 lbs. and it was easy! I ate around 100 calories for breakfast, worked out for an hour or hour and a half, at 350 or 400 calories for lunch, a 150 calorie snack or so and maybe a 600 calorie dinner. It's around 7:30 pm and my Fitbit says I've walked 18,860 steps so far. This includes my 3.5 mile walk plus I do lots of incidental walking getting kids to school etc so I'm pretty active. But I didn't add any activities manually. So my Fitbit says I've burned 2,854 calories today so far. Is this fairly accurate? Could I…
