It's 9:45 pm, I'm clocking in at around 1800 cals and 20,000 steps today.

A pretty good day! But right now all I feel like doing is eating! I am having serious issues with the late evening snacking

    Maybe you're taking too few calories, you know you add your exercise calories burned to your deficit right? for example if you need 1800 you cut 100 out of your food and 400 burned from your exercise, 20.000 steps is a god damn 1.000 calories, I think you should eat a little bit more protein/fat to be precise because they keep you fuller

    i just made a small bowl of veggies with hot sauce and drank half a bottle of diet soda to try and fix my cravings for ALL da food. Surprised it worked honestly... are you eating enough? doesnt sound like it if your a male. Men are lucky :( if a female it sounds likely about right could possibly eat a bit more but id be silly to say so, as i dont lol. and id focus on more nutrient dense foods and save calories for snacks at night, Do you like breakfast? I tend to give mine up for night snacks on days i dont work.
