Hi I'm a bit tubby but doing what I can, I have been MFP for ~6 weeks so have built up quite a bit of data. I know there are individual reports for vitamin A consumption etc. However is there anyway to sue your own data to look at what supplements you need after a few weeks? It would be a great feature. I'm an overweight male from the north east of UK and recently quit smoking and decided to get fit, I was recommended this site / app and I'm really impressed - any-hoo enough about me. As a reward for not spending money on Marlboro I would like a fitness tracker that I can use in the pool, on my bike, wear for steps etc.…
