I finally lost some weight .i started at 290.then i was stuck at 280 to 285 for months.then i started drinking 2 glasses of water before dinner.everyday.im now 270.the lowest ive been in years.i feel great.my goal is 240.im playing it by ear now.because i lose about one pound per day.
Down to 268 from 290. 38 to go.trying to get to 230 .losing around a pound a day.i feel fine so far.drinking water before dinner.it helps fill up my stomach and i dont eat so much at dinner.i havent been at 268 in years.
