How do you figure out a reasonable goal weight?
So the last time I was in shape I was shorter and a lot younger. I'm 19 years old an 5'5, but have always had broader shoulders and wide hips. I'm currently 180lbs and my "goal" is 140, but I don't know if that's too high or anything. I just want to be lean, maybe even a little muscular. How did you guys figure out a goal…

Smaller appetite almost instantly?
Before I started counting calories and going to the gym, I was always hungry, even when I woke up. I've only been doing this for about 2 weeks, but my appetite has already changed. I don't wake up hungry and can go hours before eating, and when I do eat, I get full way quicker. Has this happened to anyone else?

Ground Turkey? Good or bad?
So I made a decent amount of ground turkey and cooked it with a few spices (no salt) and a little olive oil. I've been eating some of it with meals, and it's pretty tasty!
