Loosing weight working overnights
Currently I am a CNA working overnight 10:30 to 7. I have a lunch around 230 usually. What day do I chart this food? Any advice on how to space out my meals (I only eat about 2 meals a day anyway, but always am starving on my lunch)?

My morning routine
I looooveee coffee. Every morning after I get my baby back asleep, I sit on the porch and sip away. But I'm horrible, and like creamer and sugar. Every time I drink it, it makes me feel rather gross. If I don't drink coffee though, I'd probably kill everyone. Someone help me!

Loosing the baby weight
Looking to loose 60 lbs that I gained during my pregnancy. I haven't lost any of my weight so far which is making me miserable! I want to completely change my food and exercise habits, but I am struggling. I am just trying to feel more healthy!
