I've officially lost 18 lbs! I did eat 6oz of pasta yesterday, and I'm not sorry. Also, lately.. watermelon rockstar has been what gets me through the day. Zero calorie, and delicious. Maybe try them scrambled? I get nauseated just eating them regular! Also rice and beans are great, and super filling. I also just pick up a variety of whatever meats have the best deals. Potatoes are cheap.

It changes for me. If I'm making the recipe and putting the ingredients in myself with servings and such I just do the total amount. And it will distribute the calories evenly. I feel the same way! Most days coffee is my "breakfast" and then I wait and eat lunch later. Otherwise, I feel like I'm hungrier and then I end up overeating by the end of the day. That's really not bad, 30 calories!
