Chocolate, coffee. I just have two I need to not have a nervous breakdown while counting calories. After that variety is the spice of life.

Always buy greek yogurt, spinach, apples, bananas, and usually some sort of snack cheese - string or babybels.

Maybe try them scrambled? I get nauseated just eating them regular!
Also rice and beans are great, and super filling.
I also just pick up a variety of whatever meats have the best deals.
    Potatoes are cheap.

Nothing specifically because I'm losing weight. They've always been staples.

    Oats, for porridge and overnight
    Milk
Coffee/pods for the machine, depending how I'm making it
Sugar for the half teaspoon in my coffee
    Honey for the oats
Cordial (juice concentrate you add water to)

I think that's it. I don't even take a list, I just read labels as I go to see if the calories are "worth it" that day/week. Otherwise anything goes.

I was on your same position... Now I just chopped the whole egg in tiny pieces and add lime/lemon and it the yolk flavor kind of mixed with the whites and it tastes really good!

    Most trips:
[1] Meat (whatever I'm low on/in the mood for to eat in the next week...usually lean ground turkey or beef, chicken thighs or a rotisserie chicken, or fairly lean smoked ham, or turkey hot dogs to chop up).
    [2] Yogurt
[3] salad greens and/or soup vegetables and/or entree vegetables and/or veggies for rice & beans
[4] replenish when needed: oats (either quick rolled or steel cut)
    [5] replenish when needed: beans
    [6] Eggs
