I so need this! In December I had a total thyroidectomy and found out I also have celiacs disease. I gained 40 lbs since then.4

One day late, but I went away for the week and was expecting to have put on weight, as I had eaten fast food, late in the evening, too much, etc. But I seem to have lost a couple of pounds which I am over the moon about. Not far off my goal of 176. This has been my next big target for the last couple of months. So keeping my fingers crossed I can get there before the end of this month.6 -
