Just ordered some dumbbells & barbells 25kg never lifted before but heard it was good for toning up moobs has anyone had experience of getting rid of moobs by lifting?
Just looking for some general input on what are the best methods of losing weight cardio wise that don't include gyms walking etc Will appreciate any input x
I currently weigh 15st/7lbs or 217lbs which for 5ft7 is obese I would like to get to my goal weight of 9st/126lbs I walk a min of 30 mins a day & I'm sticking to my calorie allowance & not consuming calories earned exercising is this acceptable? I would deeply appreciate any tips you can share as I start this long journey x
