Lost 1kg in 4 days?
I set the goal on MFP to lose 0.2kg a week, however so far I’ve lost 0.2-0.3kg a day, even though I’ve been eating and exercising according to the calorie restriction it has given me. Is it healthy to lose 1kg in 4 days, and what can I do to ensure that I don’t lose that much in such a short amount of time?
