Zija?
Has anyone tried Zija? I’ve used some of the products before but I just ordered the three step system and am giving it a try. More than weight loss I’m hoping it helps my IBS and other stomach issues.

Favorite Short Workouts
I love 30 minute or less workouts in the morning. I get up at 5am at least 4 times a week to do them and they make me feel awesome the rest of the day at work! My current workout is Jillians 10 Minute Transformation. I do the warmup, two workouts and the cool down

Those last 10 pounds...
I quit smoking 17 months ago and put on a bit of weight. I've lost 7lbs so far and want to lose 5-10 more. The last part is always the hardest!! I'm eating clean and working out as often as possible ~ usually 5 times a week at least. Weekend food is my downfall. I need motivation!
