Favorite Short Workouts

I love 30 minute or less workouts in the morning. I get up at 5am at least 4 times a week to do them and they make me feel awesome the rest of the day at work! My current workout is Jillians 10 Minute Transformation. I do the warmup, two workouts and the cool down

Mine would be heading out to the stairwell to climb 10 flights of stairs on my morning and afternoon breaks.
I prefer my longer workouts, but the stairs do seem to provide some results.1
