I am back!
Discovered MFP last May, susceesfuly lost 15lbs in the first 3 months. Gained 5 lbs back slowly throughout the winter after stopped counting carolies. Now it’s May again, time to lose another 10 lbs this year >:)

Post vacation eating disorder
Just got back from one week all inclusive vacation and gained 2.5% of my body weight. I know if I am back to eating at a deficit, I will lose again. My problem is I have strong cravings for high calories foods since I am back, and the healthy meals I enjoyed before suddenly don't seem that appealing anymore. What motivates…

IF beginner: 24 hours or 36 hours?
Is it safe to fast more than 24 hours? I remember read it somewhere that it's not recommended to go over 24 hours for a beginner. But at the end of 24 hours period, I feel I could keep going for a bit longer - if there is any significant benefit to do that :)

What's the best food to eat after fasting?
I just started the weekly 24 hour Intermittent fasting (Sunday 6pm to Monday 6 pm), would like to have some idea on what to eat after the fasting. (Fasting itself is not hard, the challenge is how to control my cravings and not to overeat after the fasting.

Does MFP go back to adjust past exercise cals ?
I clearly remember I didn't eat all my exercise cals last Sunday. But I look back the record now, and I am in red for Sunday. What happened?

How much exercise calories am I supposed to eat?
I am a Newbie here, not sure what's my daily target. (1200 +exercise calories) or just 1200? 1200 seems not sustainable in long run, but 1200+exercise calories seems a lot.
