Does MFP go back to adjust past exercise cals ?

I clearly remember I didn't eat all my exercise cals last Sunday. But I look back the record now, and I am in red for Sunday. What happened?

    MFP stole your calories.

Do you have a fitbit or similar device connected? If so, it will give you the projected calories for the day as if you are maintaining the same activity level all day but if you stop being active in the evening it says oopsie and starts subtracting.

If you have a tracker, it might have overestimated the calories burned for the day because some of them project for the whole day based on when you sync the tracker to your phone. I have seen others mention this in threads about trackers.

I am using Fitbit to track my movements, guess that's why. Thanks All!

Once your activity tracker syncs for the final time at the end of the day, the "calories burned" will be significantly lower. I track my steps and it will say I burned 400-500 calories extra in the middle of the day showing me with a surplus of calories. But once I sync it end of day for the final time, it will be like 45 calories burned.
