Well, I failed. So I'm back...
I did great last year... lost 40 lbs. Went from 280 to 240.... I was so sure I'd get to 200 by this time and be amazing. But life got a bit rough, I lost track... and stopped using mfp. just got back from the Dr. (my GP) and he says by bloodpressure is 170/100 and that my blood sugar is almost certainly in the diabetic…

Turned the clock back 10 years

Now it's 3pm.. creeping up on supper time and I'm still not hungry. I am now forcing myself to eat a pb/j sandwich on whole wheat and a…

There has to be a better way ?
So... having lost 10 lbs since starting 22 days ago... I notice my daily calorie goal is still 1660, it has not changed since I started. I would have figured the MFP would be smart enough to reduce my cals gradually as my weight dropped... but that doesn't seem to be the case. Sure enough... I went to guided goals setup…

Not sure whats happening....
Maybe its covfefe.... But seriously... I started 3 weeks ago and so far so good... I've managed to lose 10 lbs. That's the first real weight loss I've had since the 90s. What's really puzzling me is that since I made a few small changes to what and how I eat.. I'm finding that I am having serious struggle to eat enough…
