I have been really working at losing weight since May, and am down almost 30lbs. While I'm excited about those results, I feel like I have also been way more irritable. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced mood swings with weightloss/drastically changing their diet? And if so, what do you do prevent them? TIA
As of today, I am down 25lbs since May 1st! (A total of 50lbs from my heaviest weight.) I put on my swimming suit for the first time this season, and it was literally falling off of me!
