Any parents have this issue?
I have no problem at all sticking to my daily calorie allotment EXCEPT when it comes to bites of my child's food. A bite of Mac and cheese here, some turkey sandwich there, and BAM! I've added 300 calories to my day. I account for everything but damn it's hard not to sneak a bite sometimes! :p

Need help with strength training at home
I am unable to make it to a gym for lifting, but I would like to do some strength training in addition to the cardio I already do. Does anyone have suggestions for things I can do without gym machines? Thanks!!

I recently tried two flavors of Halo Top and they both made my tongue feel very strange, almost numb like Novocaine! Has anyone experienced anything similar? Strange!

Is my scale broken??
I usually only weigh once a week, but yesterday when I did, I had gained two ounces from last week. I weighed again today out of curiosity, and I was down 2.5 pounds! What the heck?!

I recently started eating more calories as I realized I had not previously been eating enough for my body. However, after the first full week of more calories (TDEE - 500), I gained two ounces! Prior to this, I was losing at least a pound a week. Just down in the dumps...

Is it possible to manually change calorie goal?
Can I change my daily calorie goal to a specific number of my choosing or do I have to go with the number given based on the 1-, 2-lb loss goal etc.?
