Is anyone else struggling?

I have been having a hard time lately. I have slipped up a few times and gone way over my calories, and fallen into some past dangerous behaviors. I've been at this for seven months and I am just tired of it. I miss snacking and feeling full. I miss not analyzing every bite. I miss not berating myself and feeling like I need to 'fix' it when I overeat. If anyone else is at this point or feeling anything similar, please add me. I could use some support from someone who understands what I am feeling right now.

I've been struggling too! Trying to make and keep small commitments to myself. For example, today my only goals were eat breakfast and walk 10 minutes. I've managed to achieve that. Tomorrow I may or may not add another SMALL goal.
Today has turned out to be "cold" and rainy. I'm making a conscious decision to not pressure myself about my eating for the rest of the day.
Set yourself up to succeed with small, achieveable goals.1 -
I was struggling for a couple weeks and I've come out of it strong. Trust yourself!
Maybe a maintenance week, or a planned redeem week? You will come put of it with a ton of energy and motivation.0 -

I started volunteering at an animal shelter. I walk dogs because I know they’re cooped up ALL DAY LONG and they need to get out and stretch their legs. I get my step goal every day I volunteer, it’s great! Maybe this is something you could look into to help motivate you.1

What do you mean by 'dangerous behaviours' ? Do you mean in terms of just excessive eating, or are you referring to purging and/or excessive exercise?0

Yes, I have been so frustrated. I’ll go two weeks with having every single day be below calorie goal, but I don’t see any weight loss or difference in how my clothes fit. I’m not really much of a scale watcher, I judge my success by how my clothes fit and how I feel. But, when I don’t see any change at all in two weeks, I just pig out for two days. Just total emotional eating. Ugh.0

Always. It's harder now that I'm at a healthy weight than when I was overweight. It's not as easy because I burn less calories, a 2 pound gain is actually visible sometimes, I get in my head about how I look and am afraid of looking average. And I'm *kitten* hungry and don't want to eat 1300 calories to see any damn change but that's my reality.
So yeah. I struggle0
