My SMART Goal
My SMART goal for the next two weeks is to go the gym 4 times a week and do at least 2 HIIT workouts a week. This may be difficult with the 4th of July being in there but that will be the obstacle to overcome!

This morning I got on the scale for the first time since our last weigh in...last Thursday. I was not expecting a good number to appear since I had a four day weekend but...I was down .5 lbs!
