0 to mudder in 6 months
I did it!!! I have finally taken the plunge, I’m doing my first (5 mile & 13 obstacles ) Tough Mudder Half event. I’m not sure where to start. First, I’m out of shape but I’ve lost 18 lbs but that’s no where near my goal (-60 lbs) weight. While I do have some strength, I’m going to need a&@$*% more! What I’ve decided to do…
