I just started on my journey June the 1st, but I'm determined to get to the finish line this time. I've already lost 5 lbs.
I am supposed to drink 1/2 my body weight in water, that means 94 oz a day. I'm having trouble getting in all my water. Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions will be appreciated
