CHEAT DAYS
Anybody fit cheat days (such as 2 days a week on the weekends) into their diet plans? If so, how many calories do you allow yourself, perhaps based on an avg of 1000 cal a day on normal days? Does constipation slow down weight loss? I've been having it for weeks perhaps due to too much fiber. Hey guys! :D I've recently lost 5kg (From 60 to 55) over the course of a month, but I don't see a difference or feel very different, my belly thighs face cheeks are still as chubby as before haha. Pumpkin! IS IT TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?
Apparently a cup of pumpkin is a mere 49 calories, and steamed pumpkins taste like FRKING SWEET AF MASHED POTATO??! Not to mention the fiber content and making you feel full for long periods of time. It's a miracle food, granted to us from the heavens above...

So the issue is... The moment I start eating, a ravenous monster inside me is awakened and I just feel like eating more despite already consuming a substantial amount of calories. I tried spreading out my meals while still under 1,200 calories to make me feel more satisfied. But every time I ate, it was just an opportunity…
