Hey guys! :D I've recently lost 5kg (From 60 to 55) over the course of a month, but I don't see a difference or feel very different, my belly thighs face cheeks are still as chubby as before haha. I was wondering how much weight loss did it take you for a noticeable difference in physical appearance? Thanks in advance :)

I don't notice weight loss in myself either - seeing yourself every day kind of negates the differences. Did you take photos or measurements? I find they're the best way to monitor changes...

I think it depends on how much you have to lose. For me if I have a lot of weight to lose it takes quite a bit of weight to make a difference. Once I get leaner though, even 0.5lb can show up as a significant change... up to a point though. Once I get really lean the differences can hard to find because of the little places fat hides

15-20 pounds before I saw a difference. All my clothes fit but just a little looser.

Depends on too many factors. We all look like "smaller versions of ourselves" until we start to get lean. When you get lean is when you start seeing obvious changes in the mirror.

You look at yourself every single day in the mirror...changes to your body are incremental and small...you're not likely to really notice them which is why people take photos.

It also depends on how much you have to lose. When I was bigger, a 10 Lb loss was basically nothing from a physical appearance standpoint...it's huge now.

I lost 25 lbs so far and if it wasn't for close fit and a tape measure I wouldn't notice anything.

Hoping the next 25 will be more noticeable

I wasn't really looking at first. I didn't think I would lose any anyway. I did start losing and as I looked in the mirror I saw small dents on either side of my stomach! I yelled, "I can see where my abs are going to be!" Then I dropped a few more. Then I stalled a little (right before me 48th lb) and BAM my body started moving! My double chin is half a double. I have two more dents across so I can see part of a 2pack. LOL my arms and legs are shifting. My clothes are growing. The scale has started moving again! Give it time. You will start to see it!!
