Did Birds Eye increase the calories on their frozen whole grain brown rice by 100?
A few weeks ago, I used up some old bags of Birds Eye frozen brown rice that had been sitting in my freezer for a few months, and I very distinctly remembered the rice being 150 calories per serving. After then, I'm fine with taking things a bit more slowly to reach my ultimate goal…

I very regularly get a junior chicken teriyaki bowl combo with steamed rice and a side of zucchini and onions from Seasons of Japan. The issue is the company doesn't report nutrition information, so this meal could be anywhere from 300 to 800 calories for all I know. I tried emailing them a while back and received no…
