I would think so. I pee constantly from drinking water all of the time, and I put electrolyte powder in my water bottle when I exercise.

The period seems to have been a false alarm. I had a tiny amount of blood on my toilet paper, and then I put in a tampon and pulled it out to see if there was blood on it, which there was a small amount. Have had nothing since, though. At least I still have my appointment to see the obgyn in a few weeks.

This is what I've started doing as well. It's hard not to feel like I'm cheating or just being lazy, but realistically speaking, if I misjudge how much cucumber I put in my salad, it'll make my calories for the day be off by maybe 6 calories at the very most.

I actually find that 2 tablespoons of dressing is more than enough for my quite large salads. I had the same thought when I first started measuring my food, that there was no way I would even be able to taste the dressing. However, I find that I actually have quite a bit left at the bottom of the bowl when I finish the…

Honestly, I just want to be truly slim. I don't like my face that much, so I want to at least really like my body. I've been at the higher end of the healthy weight range and felt like I still looked odd, so I'm going to try to get about 15 lbs below that weight.

About 10 lbs in about 2.25 months.

Oh thank god, I think I got my period. It's very faint and could just be spotting, but hopefully it's more than just that. See, I just had to make a thread freaking out. :P Sorry about all of the TMI!

One thing I'm worried about but can't really do much about b/c the doctors don't listen to me is heart problems, although I don't know why those would impact my cycle. I've had two doctors over the past 3 years tell me I had abnormal heart rhythms, but then when I get sent to a cardiologist, they tell me my stress test,…

Yeah, I had my blood pressure checked and also have been checking myself. It's usually around 108/78, which is fine as far as I know. I'm going to ask the doctor about PCOS when I go to my appointment in 2 weeks, although I had an ultrasound to check for cysts a couple of years ago and was told everything looked fine, so…

Yeah, I had that too. I had comprehensive bloodwork at a doctor's appointment in May, too.
-
Yeah, I had everything when I went to urgent care a few weeks ago...from a series of near-fainting episodes that doctors told me were just anxiety.

Not sure if it's related, but I just had to stop a workout because I was feeling really nauseous, short of breath, and like...sleepy? I know that sounds weird, but I felt like I could fall down and go to sleep at any second, which scared me because I had walked over a mile away from home at that point. So now I'm more…

I'm not skinny. I weigh 137 lbs, so I'm still 9 lbs overweight. I'm 28 years old, so perimenopause is unlikely but I suppose not impossible.

Crap, forgot to mention that there's absolutely no chance of pregnancy.

The ingredients are just water and rice on the new packaging as well! Thank you! Seems no one really knew for sure what was going on in the other thread either. This is making me very hesitant to trust Birds Eye, which sucks because I rely a lot on their products given I just cook for myself and making fresh meals from…

It is when you've had the same experience I've had repeatedly where I spend hundreds of dollars just for the doctor to not take me seriously. Then I'm $400 poorer but still have as much information as I walked into the office with. It's not as easy as just being more forceful. I have tried that, and it doesn't get me…

I had a stress test about a year ago. That is part of why the dr said no further testing was necessary. I ordered a blood pressure cuff to see what my BP is doing throughout the day. There's no sense in spending a bunch of money on another useless doctor's visit.

I hesitated to mention the heart stuff because I knew the only responses I would get were "go to the doctor." The problem is, every time I go to a doctor with anything unusual, they just tell me I'm young, look at me like a a crazy hypochondriac, and send me home. That's why I wanted to know if anyone had heard of this…

*shrug* 9 servings of anything is never going to happen

To be clear, the zucchini pasta is the new "veggie-made" zucchini lentil pasta that Birds Eye is selling in a variety of flavors. Per the website, "Birds Eye Veggie-Made Pasta - a delicious way to bring the nutrition of vegetables to traditional starchy pasta side dishes. In this new range of Pasta, the starch is replaced…

I'm not trying to lose it temporarily. I'm going to continue eating 1200 to 1300 a day after the wedding and then go up to about 1400 once I hit my goal weight.
-
Well, here's the thing. I lost 5 lbs in the past 2 weeks and have had this meal several times, so I don't think it's causing me to go massively over my calorie limit. I'm more concerned, as I said, I'm not eating enough. When you have your max calories at 1,150, it's really easy to malnourish yourself if you're…

Update again. I finally braved the scale, which I had been avoiding, and I'm actually 4.6 lbs lighter than I thought, which makes a huge difference when you're really short! I know that once I get into the low 130s, while not thrilled with how I look, I'm content enough that I don't feel like I have to hide from cameras or…

Thanks, all. I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing for another few weeks and then see how I feel. I'll add in a multivitamin to make sure I'm not missing any vital nutrition.
