What is YOUR FITNESS GOAL this week??
This week I am going to stay within my calorie budget AND in addition to my normal 6 day excersize routine, I am going to walk/jog/run for 45 minutes while on my lunch hour. WHAT is YOUR FITNESS GOAL this week??

So, I am only 15 days into my journey and I already feel a difference! What a great tool MFP is!! I have lost almost 9lbs and continue to learn about nutrition and excersize!! <3

Deficit and Supplements
This may sound like a stupid question. But, I am new to the game of health and weightloss and have a couple of questions.... What kind of supplements should I take?? Should I be eating the calories I get from excersing or should that be part of my deficit? Thanks :)

FOOD and EXCERSIZE DIARY HELP
I just recently (this week) woke up and decided to do something about my weight. I have logged for a couple days now. Can someone just take a quick peep and give me some advice as far as if I am doing ok for starting out. Also, I started the POWER 90 program on Monday August 13th. Thanks!
