Hi!! You can do it!! Just log in everything you eat!! EVEN if you go over... That way you can see what is entering your body and make better choices.. If you are not active, start by just walking a mile a day, then the next week bump it up a little. :)

Thanks EVERYONE!! Starbucks is definitely MY WEAKNESS!! Yes, high calorie and priced BAD HABIT!!
