i'm pretty new to strength exercising, when logging my cardio and strength exercises for the day, my cardio impacts my calorie count, but strength doesn't, i can spend 30 minutes doing strength exercise on my multi-gym, but it seems it counts for nothing, is that right or am i missing something?
I'm trying to get my weight down, I've cut my calories, my meal size, cut all the crap snacks out, I'm exercising regularly, I'm losing weight, but it seems to be from everywhere but my stomach and moobs. I have a gym room at home, so working out isn't a problem, but I need to find something that will focus more on losing…
