Starting over
During the summer I started smoking again, felt really guilty about it so I ate. Now I’m back to quitting again, I’m determined to get my act together start eating good and going to the gym.

Runners knee??
:'( Ugh I've been biking or running daily. I think too much too soon my right knee is acting a fool. I can't bend and stairs kill after a bike ride or a run. I see the doctor sept 5th until then I'll only be going to see my trainer and nothing more.

Anyone work with one? I just started working with one. So far we have just talked about my goals this week I'm tracking my calories. My husband thinks I'm wasting a lot of money, I'm really hoping this helps me.

Trying to start
I've quit smoking after 26.5 years, I've gained 27 lbs in the last 1.5 yrs it took to quit. I ate like crap during this time.
