I've quit smoking after 26.5 years, I've gained 27 lbs in the last 1.5 yrs it took to quit. I ate like crap during this time. I've joined a gym and started biking again but I'm struggling with calories. I'm choosing better food but can't stay under 1,500 per day. I need to figure out how to stop snacking so much. Any adteoukd be appreciated

Preplan and prelog what you're going to eat. You don't have to quit snacking; you just have to make room for your snacks.0

Congrats on quitting, it's a tough one to quit. Make snacks fit into your day.0

I drink ice cold water when i am really craving something bad. Snacking is ok as long as its healthy. Don't get discourage.0

Plan it out and eat on a schedule. Eat the same foods for a while so you aren't always thinking about what to eat. It becomes automatic and mindless. It will help you ignore cravings.1
