Protein intake...So much different advise....
How much protein is roughly needed per day. Some advise 0.8g to 1g per lb of body weight.... Some say 1g to 1.5g per kg of body weight??? I know protein is the most important macro so I want to sort this out first, then worry about what I have left in fats and proteins carbs

Frozen vegetable weight
I'm a bit confused over how I weigh my frozen veg. For example frozen broccoli, spinach, kale and green beans. I've been weighing them straight from the freezer but that obviously includes water weight as well. I'm ok with peas, Edamame etc but the veg that comes out in clumps confuses me. But then it doesn't take much ;-)

Eating in the heat.
Has anyone else lost their appetite during the hot weather or is it just me. I'm trying to stay consistent and eat according to my calories and macros but for the past 2 days I've not hit them. Should I make myself eat or go with the flow ....

Aarrggh!!! Confused about calories and macros
Can anyone help please. I'm 5ft 2 and 110lb. I mfp has me on 1200 calories a day. I want to gain more muscle and loose the loose skin (normal place, the tummy).
