Frozen vegetable weight

I'm a bit confused over how I weigh my frozen veg. For example frozen broccoli, spinach, kale and green beans. I've been weighing them straight from the freezer but that obviously includes water weight as well.
I'm ok with peas, Edamame etc but the veg that comes out in clumps confuses me. But then it doesn't take much ;-)

I weigh them frozen. That's the way they come so I assume that's what the weight on the bag entails.1

It usually doesn't matter that much, as the calorie count is low. Maybe for peas you will want to measure. I usually just measure by the cup.1
