I know this is an old work out but I like it. I use The Firm Total Body Workout. I would like to know how many calories in burning doing this exercise. I'm 5'5" 140lbs. I would like to log this in my exercise but don't have a clue. Even a ball park number would be great. Thanx!
I feel like giving up!!! I eat less then 1200 eat day run/jogg (working on it) 2 miles a day. I DO NOT eat junk food and I can't drop 10lbs. What am I doing wrong. I don't want to eat any less cause I'll be starving. What do I do? Up my protein? Up my fiber? Help!!
