I know this is an old work out but I like it. I use The Firm Total Body Workout. I would like to know how many calories in burning doing this exercise. I'm 5'5" 140lbs. I would like to log this in my exercise but don't have a clue. Even a ball park number would be great. Thanx!

Most of The Firm's videos are high intensity cardio with weights. I'd log it as high intensity cardio.0

We have almost similar stats. I’m 5’7 and 137 lb. HITT workouts + weights in 30 minutes burns around 300 calories for me! I would guesstimate 250-400 cals depending on how long you work out. I’m not familiar with Firm but hopefully the example I gave helps.1
