Why!!!

I feel like giving up!!! I eat less then 1200 eat day run/jogg (working on it) 2 miles a day. I DO NOT eat junk food and I can't drop 10lbs. What am I doing wrong. I don't want to eat any less cause I'll be starving. What do I do? Up my protein? Up my fiber? Help!!

    How long have you been stuck? Sometimes it takes a little to get rolling.

    Two options:
    Eat what mfp tells you for .5 pounds a week. Eat back exercise calories.
    Weigh all solid and semi solid foods. Be patient.

    Or recomp- which is maintaining weight while decreasing body fat.

    Seems you only logged in to MFP once, to post this question and your diary is closed.
    So then the obvious first quetions become have you been logging your food? Have you been weighing your food? If not then chances are that you are overestimating what you eat and then it is quite possible that you eat more than you think and that that is the reason why you are not loosing any weight
