I.F. & work-out schedule
I am not sure where to post because it has to do with both exercise and eating. Hope someone can help. I am an 18:6 IF'er. I eat my last bite at 6:00 p.m. The next day, I take BCAA but otherwise work-out* fasted at 12:00 noon, and then break my fast after gym. does anyone know if thoroughly rinsing & draining can beans changes the nutritional information, ie: carb count, etc. thx :smile:

how does this happen with weight?
i have been doing a vigorous work-out routine daily for about 12 days now, and eating roughly 1200-1400 cal/day. i have gained about 2 lbs. yesterday, i stayed with my routine, but i didn't "care" how much i ate, and ended up logging about 1900 cal. i woke up this morning and had lost over a pound. how does this happen?
