HIIT Vs traditional?....
HIIT.classes ....I don't mind them. But actually find my body responds better to more traditional excercises..Such as toning & aerobics. ? What are your thoughts add a Hiit or ditch the Hiit if not feeling it ?

Tips for starting to jog
I don't know what's wrong with me. I like walking and want to jog. I can imagine it feeling really free. But slightly apprehensive.... It's silly I know can you be to heavy to jog? I want to enjoy it. Advice pls re: slow steps I'm very aware I'm being irrational

I was just thinking back in the day, people were not as big & ate what they liked. Sometimes when I food shop, I'm pulled to foods I need that day. Diets, extreme excercise seem to b the mainstream. Driven by ideal & vanity. I'm just wondering if we stop & give time our own body will tell us what to eat & when toβ¦
