I was just thinking back in the day, people were not as big & ate what they liked.
Sometimes when I food shop, I'm pulled to foods I need that day. Diets, extreme excercise seem to b the mainstream. Driven by ideal & vanity.
I'm just wondering if we stop & give time our own body will tell us what to eat & when to excercise?. Also cultural factors, environment life has a massive impact on the body.
I'm interested in talking to people who might think the same.

Everything is processed. Society is desk bound. We are short on time so we eat prepared meals. These are pretty well known facts.0
