Can I help me to achieve 10% fat from 16%?
I am 85Kg (187lb) height 1.77cm(5'8") and i have 16% fat...i do Crossfit almost every day for two hours and i begin the CrossFit diary 40% carbs 30% protein 30% fat...I use supplements of protein ,bsaa , Ω3, bsn sherd capsule every day and some days glutamine and electrolytes...What else can i do? Please advise me. Thanks…
