Went through some personal stress in June 2016. Didn't eat much for a couple of months, lost 60 pounds. Figured I might as well keep going. New here, I have been running since February/March. Completed my first 5k in 34:43. I ran one two weeks ago in 28:29. Yesterday I started out too fast and cramped up.
