July 2017 running challenge

New here, I have been running since February/March. Completed my first 5k in 34:43. I ran one two weeks ago in 28:29. Yesterday I started out too fast and cramped up. Had to stop and stretch twice, walked about a quarter of a mile before resuming the run and still finished in 31:57. Disappointed that I didn't beat my last time, but proud of my determination and not a terrible time considering the issues I had. I ran a 15k last weekend in 1 hour 35 minutes. So my monthly goal is 100 - 125 miles. I had a 5k yesterday, July 1, and a 10k scheduled next weekend. After that not racing until August. But plan to run/walk daily.
