Rice calories on the bag. Is that cooked or dry. If it’s dry then how much do you eat cooked? For example it says 180 calories for 1/4 cup of white rice. How much do I eat for 1 serving.
I’m 5ft 3 inches and I picked sedentary even though I take care of my home and walk my dogs. It says that I need to eat 1200 Calories a day. That just doesn’t seem to be enough. I’ve tried it before and kept going over. It just doesn’t seem correct. What am I missing. Do I need to work myself into 1200 Calories??
