Hi. I'm 39. I've never really had a weight issue until the last two years. I was thrown into surgical menopause and I've gained about 25-30 lbs. I'm still working on hormone balance but I've gotta get the weight to stop piling on. Giving up my nightly choc icecream will be hard. I'll need to find a replacement for that. Love chocolate. Any low calorie cold chocolate recipes will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
