Tightening & Toning Advice
I am down to 156lbs which makes a total of 55lbs lost staring in 2016, I’m focusing on losing this belly pouch of mine caused from gaining lots of weight, carrying 2 kids and 1 being a cesarean... Any advice on moves to tighten and tone to a flat belly? My goal is to lose another 30lbs before June. Thanks

So I'm back and working on myself again. I've lost 45lbs. since February 2016......but still have a belly and cannot seem to work it off and getting real frustrated, my goal is to lose 30 more pounds. Any pointers?
