Any tips on how to decrease apetite?
How do i get back on track after couple days of mindless eating and saying tomorrow will be antter day yet still doing what im doing?

Hello, I need some advice as its a weekly thing that i go to my mums for dinner and she tends to make something really unhealthy. Knowing that i will have a calorific dinner i skip breakfast. Do you think this is a good idea as i do meet my calorie intake this way and dont go over or is it not a good idea
I am a new mum and i want to lose weight but my child has colic so that means crying 24/7 this means i dont have time to prepare meals as i am always holding him. Any help on quick meals thatll help?
